THE TRUTH ABOUT LINE DANCING
1/ You don't need a partner, although we don't mind if you bring them along.
2/ It is very easy to learn. You'll soon be dancing even if you've never danced before.
3/ It is an excellent form of exercise, from muscle/balance/memory/bones/heart without even knowing
4/ Safe environment for socialising.
5/ Caters from the very young to the more mature.
6/ Line Dance to great music, we use from Country to Soul, Rock to Salsa, 50's to this weeks pop and everything in between.
7/ Come along and meet new people, make new friends.
8/ OOhhh and did we say what a massive amount of fun it is...and yes...
